Why do we need you?
The creation of this position is part of a strategic commitment to niche growth, geographic expansion and market type, in an electronic payment industry that is already intrinsically growing fast. Can you help us?
Well, that's all well and good, but what does it actually involve?
Under the supervision of the President, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the achievement and development of the company's sales and you will participate in the development of our reputation in the real estate and Fintech sectors.
As our business development "oracle", you will be responsible for :
- Develop a portfolio of prospects
- Identify relevant prospects for sales campaigns
- Develop and manage prospecting campaigns
- Sell and negotiate our services in defined segments
- Monitor your customer portfolio and organize your sales activities
- Participate in the implementation and execution of prospect/customer loyalty actions
- Work closely with the customer service and marketing departments
- Represent the company at events (Kiosk, 5 à 7, conventions, etc.)
- Propose, lead and participate in information and communication meetings with customers, prospects and partners
- Develop a network of partners and business introducers
- Enter and update sales data and dashboards on CRM (Zoho)
Are you excited about the job so far? Great! We're very flexible, but we do have a few requirements for this position:
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
- College diploma in a related field
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Dynamism, good judgment, discipline, integrity, organizational skills, team spirit and resourcefulness are required.
- Experience in intangible sales
- Knowledge of technology, real estate, banking or fintech (an asset)
- Knowledge of CRM (Zoho) and accounting an asset
- Excellent negotiator
