Otonom Solution integrates with Regisco to simplify maintenance log management for condominiums

Montreal, September 10, 2025 – Otonom Solution and Regisco are proud to announce a strategic partnership aimed at simplifying the regulatory and financial management of condominiums in response to the growing requirements of Bill 16.
Thanks to this integration, Regisco users can now automatically forward invoices related to building maintenanceapproved and paid via Otonom—without friction or double entry. This automation allows you to seamlessly update the maintenance log while complying with document retention requirements.

A concrete response to the requirements of Bill 16
La Bill 16 requires condominium associations to rigorously document their maintenance work, including keeping supporting documents for each expense. The partnership between Otonom and Regisco aims to reduce administrative burden associated with this compliance by:

  • – Simplifying invoice transmission : supporting documents for maintenance expenses are automatically transferred from the Otonom platform to Regisco;
  • - Avoiding duplicates managers avoid double entry between their payment tool and their document management platform.
  • – Promoting comprehensive and up-to-date documentation in the maintenance log, a key element for governance and long-term planning.

A collaboration designed for efficiency
“Simplifying the daily lives of managers is what motivates us every day. But to have a real impact, tools must stop operating in silos. This partnership with Regisco goes beyond simple integration: it embodies a vision where solutions collaborate intelligently—and where every well-designed connection advances the entire industry.”

— Jérôme Robert, CEO of Otonom Solution

“Our mission at Regisco is clear: to reduce the complexity of regulatory management for condominiums.
